These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and okplayph. Please read the entire document carefully before creating your account or placing any bets.
okplayph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or platform notification with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without prior notice.
To be eligible to register and play on okplayph, you must meet all of the following requirements:
okplayph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documents (such as a government-issued ID) to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide adequate verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active okplayph account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using your own identity or assuming the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. okplayph uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okplayph login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact okplayph support immediately via live chat or at support@okplayph.click.
okplayph will never contact you by phone, email, or chat to ask for your password or full payment card number. If you receive such a request, it is not from us — do not respond and report it immediately.
okplayph may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual activity is detected. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence), a selfie holding your ID, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification requests are processed within 24–48 business hours.
All financial transactions on the okplayph platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and may be reversed.
Winnings and withdrawable balances at okplayph can be withdrawn using the same payment methods available for deposits, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 5 to 15 minutes on average. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) business day. VIP Club members enjoy priority processing across all withdrawal methods.
okplayph may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests above standard thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification early in their account lifecycle to avoid delays when they wish to withdraw.
Funds credited to your account as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Real money deposits that have not been used to meet any bonus wagering requirement can always be withdrawn without restriction.

okplayph offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:
Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — for example, through matched betting, exploitation of software errors, or collusion — will have bonus funds removed and may have their accounts suspended.

In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters directly relating to gameplay outcomes.
All okplayph random number generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing agencies. Certification information is available on request. Live streaming feeds and results for Sabong are sourced directly from licensed Philippine cockpit partners and are not subject to any manipulation by okplayph.
okplayph's RTP (return to player) rates for all slot games are published in the platform's game information section. Players are encouraged to review these before playing.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, okplayph will use all available data to reconstruct the game state and make a fair determination of the outcome. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned. okplayph's decision regarding technical incidents is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okplayph platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
okplayph actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts temporarily suspended pending investigation, during which time no withdrawals will be processed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any funds held in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
You may voluntarily close your okplayph account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Closure requests are processed within 24 business hours. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is formally closed.
All content on the okplayph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of okplayph or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the okplayph platform for your own private gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any okplayph content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okplayph's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okplayph is not liable for any of the following, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or okplayph was advised of the possibility:
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits okplayph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

By registering on okplayph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights under Philippine law to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete your personal data. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before escalating any dispute to formal legal proceedings, players are required to first attempt resolution through okplayph's internal complaints process. To file a complaint, contact okplayph support via live chat or at support@okplayph.click. okplayph will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a final response within 14 business days.
All disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlements must be raised within 14 calendar days of the event in question. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
